Elected Officers
General
Chairperson - Ted
Hierl - shall preside
at all meetings of the Council. He/she shall be responsible
to maintain order and adhere to procedures at all meetings.
He/she shall give the floor to any member requesting to speak
on the subject under discussion. He/she shall open the meeting
to the membership for discussions and recommendations towards
the betterment of the Council. He/she shall vote only if
there is a tie vote. He/she shall call special meetings when
necessary. He/she shall appoint all Committee Chairpersons.
By virtue of his/her office, he/she shall be a member of
all committees.
Vice
Chairperson - Robert
Schoenemann - shall assist the General Chairperson
in discharging his/her duties. In the temporary absence or
disability of the General Chairperson, he/she shall discharge
the duties of General Chairperson.
Second
Vice Chairperson - Alfred
Stiefel - shall assist the General Chairperson
in discharging his/her duties. In the temporary absence or
disability of the General Chairperson and First Vice Chairperson,
he/she shall discharge the duties of the General Chairperson.
Recording
Secretary - Elke
Wilkin - shall record the minutes of
all Council meetings and shall maintain a current roster
of eligible voting members.
Corresponding
Secretary - Hilde Hierl -
is authorized to open all mail and reply as needed and write
all correspondence as requested by the General Chairperson.
Treasurer
- Wolfgang Pitzi -
receives all monies and deposits same into the Council's
account. He/she keeps the financial books of the organization
and renders accounting of income and expense on a regular
basis. All disbursements will require two (2) signatures.
Three
(3) Trustees - Barbara Oberding, Cynthia Zorn-Scott, Ingeborg Wendler -
shall audit the books of the Treasurer annually. The Trustees
shall see that the provisions of the By-Laws are obeyed and
shall oversee the activities of the Council.
